Mix Cravings is all about family and friends. A mixture of mature and younger, a little naughty and a little nice, but all together it signifies our slogan Love, Peace and Good Eats.  Our family was raised on influences of Jamaican, Southern and American food flavors.  Therefore, grandson Chef Mark Green was moved to create cuisines which are a mixture of our heritage.

      Our food trailer is a continuation of our grandfathers and grandmothers vision to provide great food to the community through a mobile food truck. Chef Mark Green continued the grandparents’ journey by attending and graduating from the Le Cordon Bleu to continue the fulfillment of our grandparent’s vision.

    We hope we can touch the world while on our journey in hopes that our customers and friends taste buds will forever desire the flavors of Mix Cravings.
